Now Hiring! Floating Director of Nursing at Next Step HealthcareIn this full-time position, you will provide clinical leadership as needed in various locations throughout the state. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Director of Nursing (DON / DNS) who enjoys a challenge, likes to travel and work with multiple teams. The Floating Director of Nursing must be an RN and live in the Region to support our centers in Massachusetts.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.Registered Nurse (RN) with a current MA license in good standing, required.Hold a current CPR certification.At least five years' experience in long-term care setting, with 3-5 years as Director of Nursing.Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long term care.Strong communication skills.Proficient computer skills.
