What are the responsibilities and job description for the MSP Service Desk Technician position at Next Step Innovation?
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to become an integral part of our MSP team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting user problems, deploying new systems, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Customer Focused:
- 1 years multi-customer support experience required
- Comfortable exploring and documenting new customer environments
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers
Responsibilities:
- Address Tier 1 Service Desk tickets
- Deploy new customer desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot general user issues such as client software installations, password resets, printer/scanner issues, and Windows operating system problems
- Change management detail
- Maintaining integrity in accessing customer infrastructure
- Be willing team member to support MSP Division in other ways as necessary
- Be willing to take training to further skillset and undergo professional development
- Obtain new certifications
Engineering Qualifications:
- 1 years of hands-on user IT support experience
- A certification preferred
