The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Product Manager to help shape the next phase of our platform. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you’ll work directly with our product-led founders to turn vision into reality.
You’ll lead day-to-day product execution—from managing the roadmap and sprint cycles to delivering high-value features that make a measurable difference for our users.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you’re expected to take ownership and figure things out. If you're energized by building, collaborating directly with founders, and wearing multiple hats, you'll fit right in. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a highly structured environment with clearly defined roles and long-term roadmaps already in place, this probably won’t be the right fit.
While this is a remote role, we value occasional in-person collaboration—especially with the founders based in Omaha.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product roadmap planning in collaboration with the founding team
- Translate strategic goals into clear, prioritized requirements and user stories
- Own the product backlog and manage sprint cycles using Jira
- Coordinate closely with offshore engineers to keep releases on track
- Communicate updates, blockers, and insights across internal stakeholders
- Champion the user—bringing their feedback into every product decision
What You Need
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing offshore development teams
- Strong command of agile workflows and fluency in Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter mindset—you take ownership, work independently, and move fast
- Based in or near Omaha, NE (or open to occasional travel for team meetups)
