Mission Focus : Support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Information Management & Technology Directorate (ITD) in providing enabling and secure technologies, applications, and services anywhere, to their workforce, mission partners, and external customers to effectively deliver relevant data, information, and situational awareness to successfully perform the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction and Emerging Threats mission.
Clearance : Active TS / SCI
Location / Flexibility : Fort Belvoir, Herndon and / or Reston with remote flexibility
Responsibilities :
DTRA requires that the Contractor's Customer and Digital Workplace Services Lead possess the following qualifications :
- Experience leading customer services similar in scope to this TO for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments.
- Experience leading and delivering IT services for DoD or IC organizations that support CONUS and OCONUS customers or mission partners.
- Experience providing executive-level technical briefings and presentations to senior Government personnel.
