Applied Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Applied Machine Learning Engineer for an exciting on-site contract opportunity with a leading global technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize classification methods, deep learning models, and predictive algorithms for real-world applications.
• Design and implement machine learning pipelines to process large-scale datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate ML solutions into production.
• Conduct performance evaluations, model tuning, and continuous improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and AI to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in applied machine learning, deep learning, and predictive modeling.
• Strong background in classification algorithms, supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with large-scale data processing tools and cloud-based ML deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into ML solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

This is an on-site contract opportunity at the client's headquarters in Cupertino, CA, with a 1.5-year contract and potential for conversion. Candidates requiring work visas will be considered.
