The Role
As a Founding Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our company. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build, and scale our core platform. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire stack, contribute to strategic decisions, and have a significant impact on the success of our mission.
What You’ll Do
- Architect & Build : Design and implement scalable systems using React, Node.js, Postgres, Supabase, and OpenAI technologies.
- Collaborate : Work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Innovate : Explore and integrate advanced AI models and other emerging technologies to enhance our platform.
- Ownership : Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of features, ensuring high-quality code and user experience.
- Scale : Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment as we grow.
- Mentor : Help build and lead a technical team as the company expands.
