A client of our in Texas is seeking a Salesforce Architect on a full time basis to work in their office in San Antonio.
Job Description
1. Solution Architecture
Design and deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for Salesforce and integrated systems. Facilitate and lead technical discussions on development, integration, data security, mobility, and ensure adherence to best practices. 2. Customer Advocacy
Act as the primary advocate for customers, ensuring solution architectures align with business objectives and address key challenges. 3. Development Oversight
Oversee code reviews, plan optimization strategies, and collaborate with development and product teams. Develop configurations, prototypes, and documentation for new software solutions and enhancements. 4. Innovation and Improvement
Stay informed about competing products and industry trends to recommend innovative, competitive solutions. Continuously update knowledge of Salesforce features and tools to maximize platform capabilities. 5. Integration and Performance
Architect and manage Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, security, and real-time availability. Perform routine evaluations of the Salesforce environment, identifying and implementing performance optimizations. 6. Collaboration and Leadership
Partner with IT teams, business units, and leadership to prioritize Salesforce initiatives and align them with business goals. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and team growth. 7. Documentation and Compliance
Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce architecture and processes. Develop and implement disaster recovery, contingency, and backup plans for Salesforce systems. 8. License Optimization
Monitor Salesforce license usage, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for optimization. Required Skills and Attributes
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting diverse client needs. Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and platform functionalities. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other customization tools. Experience in translating complex business needs into scalable, effective Salesforce solutions. Strong knowledge of enterprise integration tools and methodologies. Exceptional organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent verifiable work experience. Preferred : Certification as a Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect. Certifications
Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Salesforce Certified DevOps Specialist Certified Salesforce Consultant / Architect
