Direct Hire, Onsite, Customer Service Administrator
Holly Springs, NC
Pay $22 - $23/hr.
Full Time Hours - Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM (with option to do 7AM - 4PM if the candidate prefers)
Summary
As a Flooring Customer Service Administrator, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will utilize your core skills in customer service, communication, and data entry to manage inquiries and resolve issues. - Answer phone and check messages through the day – includes the installer phone
- Start going through our emails and prioritize first and most urgent messages
- Organize Emails based on date/builder/homeowner
- Schedule homeowner visits for the field supervisors
- Write up next day tickets and schedule
- Write up orders and shorts (confirm shorts) track and schedule
- Write up tickets for the following day
- Navigate orders and check ETA's for material – schedule as available
- Work with builder and homeowner to get jobs scheduled
- Track PO’s from builder via websites or email communication in order to schedule service Follow up on any back charges issued by Builder so they can be coded correctly with Accounting
- Write up claims as needed with the vendors
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in customer support and client services
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Effective typing and computer skills
