Job Title: Team Lead
Position Overview: As a Team Lead, you'll oversee the execution and management of revisions in the department, ensuring smooth coordination with Traffic, Warehouse, and Supervision teams. You'll lead a dedicated team, tackle challenges head-on, and ensure operations run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review equipment and ensure compliance with Merchandise Reviews (descriptions, origin, weights, quantities, etc.).
- Assign tasks to clerks and monitor progress from start to finish.
- Address setbacks proactively, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Report discrepancies and damages to the Revision Supervisor and Traffic Executives.
- Handle follow-up requests from Nuevo Laredo executives (photos, serial numbers, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Ensure all work vehicles are functional.
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Knowledge of NOM 50 regulations.
- Experience in staff training and delegation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
