Nextant is looking for Marketing Manager 5 to join our client team. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive go-to-market strategy and execution for our client advertising business focused on our measurement and identity solutions. You will be responsible for leading the strategic positioning of our products and enabling sales through effective training and collateral development. You will also work closely with product management, business planning, sales, and marketing teams to launch new products and drive revenue for the business. We’re looking for someone with experience in and passion for advertising technology to join us in building and giving a voice to innovative solutions for our search business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute GTM strategy for Microsoft Advertising measurement and identity ad products and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive readiness for launch.
- Drive adoption of our products through creating impactful product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with customers and differentiate Microsoft from competitors.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research teams to provide customer feedback and market intelligence to help inform and influence future product opportunities and development.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to create and deliver effective sales enablement materials and training, marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5 years’ experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8 years’ experience in business.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with digital advertising
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with product marketing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with communication and messaging
- At least 5 years of experience in the digital advertising industry, with a strong understanding of how data drives the ecosystem, as well as expertise in measurement and identity solutions.
- Familiarity with clean room solutions and measurement partners (e.g. IAS, Kantar, iSpot, etc....) is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and exhibit strong cross-functional collaboration skills, driving consensus through influence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
- Best vs average: The ideal resume would contain experience with key competitors and a strong understanding of the advertising industry
- Disqualifier: Candidates without digital advertising experience will not be eligible for the role.

Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $122,000 - $132,000 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
