Nextant is looking for a driven Sales Productivity Specialist 5 to join our client team. This role involves managing daily communications, updating the sales pipeline, and maintaining sales hygiene. Responsibilities include engaging with customers and partners to develop and check in on opportunities, analyzing data to identify potential growth areas, and collaborating with account executives to drive and accelerate deals. The role requires a proactive approach to seeking new sales opportunities and consistently adding value to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own technical customer discussions, leveraging tools, demos, and consultative sales methodologies.
- Translate customer vision into strategy, resolve technical blockers, and validate business cases.
- Create AI solutions, drive POCs, and demonstrate hands-on technical proficiency.
- Work with AI and Apps Innovation teams to drive AI design wins and support transformations.
- Understand customer pain points and design tailored AI and Analytics solutions.
- Share customer feedback with Global Black Belt and Engineering to improve products.
- Stay updated on AI technologies and market trends, sharing knowledge within the Data & AI community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4 years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
OR master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3 years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience - 5 years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- 4 years’ experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture)
- Azure certification is required to be eligible for this role
- Being a hunter, someone who lives and breathes sales and proactively seeks out opportunities.
- Having a mission mindset, carrying the spirit of the mission to help sell effectively.
- Possessing technical expertise in Azure data and AI workloads, and being able to lead conversations with CIOs, chief data officers, and chief security officers to drive opportunities and proofs of concept.
- The ideal resume would contain data and AI technical experience.
- Microsoft experience would be a strong plus, someone who has had similar job experience.

Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $125,000 - $136,000 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
