The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $121,000 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant is looking for a driven Business Program Manager to join our client team. This role is a pivotal role in aligning and managing various projects and programs across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination: Working with a variety of stakeholders to craft, analyze, orchestrate, and improve various programs and processes at a strategic level
- Project Management: Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data to drive business decisions and improve program operations
- Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with senior leaders, partners, and customers to ensure alignment and successful program delivery
- Performance Metrics: Defining and tracking success criteria and performance metrics such as OKRs and KPIs
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance, or a related field
- 5- 7 overall years of experience in the field.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience: Formal training in project and process management, financial accounting, business strategy, and/or operations
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships between senior leaders, partners, and customers
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business metrics, customer, and market trends
