Team Nextar, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile with over 260
locations nationwide is looking for a high performing retail store or area
manager that has a track record of driving sales for their location or market to join
our team as a Market Sales Manager. As The Metro by T-Mobile, Market Sales
Manager for Team Nextar, your responsibility will be to drive sales performance
in all our Metro by T-Mobile locations in your assigned market. Additionally, you
will be working closely with the Market General Manager to support the market and Team Members

As the Metro by T-Mobile Market Sales Manager for Team Nextar will be responsible for:
- Visiting a minimum of 6 locations a week in your market and working
- directly with the Store Management and Sales staff to drive sales
- performance.
- Perform monthly sales performance reviews with Store Managers and Sales
- Leaders.
- Work directly with the Market general manager to maintain store guidelines
- for Metro by T-Mobile and Team Nextar by meeting or exceeding the
- performance metrics.
- Ensure your Metro by T-Mobile locations have the latest marketing and
- promotional materials and assist in developing new sales strategies and
- innovative marketing campaigns.
- Audit store performance, based on Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- and Customer Experience metrics.
- Prepare a variety of reports to show leadership sales progress across the
- board in a variety of sales funnels.
- Arrange sales training classes every quarter and if necessary, every month.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective
- communication and execution of sales initiatives.
Team Nextar is looking for candidates with the following experiences, skills, and qualifications:
- 2 years in a similar role, preferably in retail or telecom.
- Experience creating programs to boost sales performance.
- Ability to create reports to communicate sales opportunities and strategies.
- Experience in developing and delivering sales training.
- Willingness to travel to various store locations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Metro by T-Mobile experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
