As The Metro by T-Mobile Market General Manager for Team Nextar, you will manage all aspects of the direct and indirect locations in your market. Your responsibilities will include providing support and guidance on Market Performance, People, Operations, Inventory and Culture to drive superior results. Additionally, you will be responsible to ensure the operational efficiency and policy compliances as required by both Metro by T-Mobile and Team Nextar.

As the Metro by T-Mobile Market General Manager for Nextar will be responsible for:
- Visiting a minimum of 5 locations a week in your market according to a schedule
- Perform monthly performance reviews with Store Managers and Sub-Dealer owners
- Maintain store guidelines for month Metro by T-Mobile and Team Nextar by meeting or exceeding the performance metrics
- Ensure your Metro by T-Mobile locations have the latest marketing and promotional materials and assist in developing new sales strategies and innovative marketing campaigns
- Audit store performance, based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Customer Experience metrics
- Prepare a variety of reports including Daily, Monthly, and Yearly sales reports, Monthly Market Review Report for VP of Sales, ELB Sales Report and Update twice per week, Training Report once per week, Bi-Monthly Metrics report and a Monthly Store Audit report
- Check scorecards and implement strategies for increasing scorecard scores across the board
- Arrange employee and sub-dealer training classes every quarter and if necessary, every month
- Ensure all Metro by T-Mobile locations in your market are opening and closing and staffed appropriately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and execution of operational initiatives
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Nextar is looking for candidates with the following experiences, skills, and qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably in the telecom industry
- Technical expertise with computer systems to ensure systems are functioning in our retail locations and corporate offices as they should
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to create reporting in a variety of formats to effectively communicate operational systems and strategies
- Ability to create and deliver training curriculum on Operational Practices and Policies to team members
- Ability to travel to our various locations across your assigned market and business needs dictate
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
