What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Spanish Speaking position at Nextar?
We're looking for a positive and motivated individual to join our showroom team at the front desk! If you have a passion for customer service and are excited to contribute to a small team in a big way, we want to hear from you!
Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
-Assisting customers in the showroom while monitoring phone calls.
-Create estimates for flooring, closets and cabinets.
-Efficiently enter in and charge orders.
-Urgently respond to customer inquiries.
-Multitasking is a necessity as well as being able to handle all customer feedback with poise.
Requirements:
-Must be a team player willing to go the extra mile.
-Must be fluent in Spanish.
-Must have an outgoing and energetic personality.
-Must work on Saturdays with Sunday a weekday off.
-Reliable with attendance and punctuality.
-A flexible attitude is necessary as we are constantly testing new policies & procedures in order to maximize growth.
-Can positively contribute to our unique company culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
