NextCare is looking for an Area Operations Leader to support our North Carolina and Virgina operations.
Location
To join their Clinic Leadership Team in North Carolina & Virginia.
Responsibilities
The Area Operations Leader is responsible for providing operational leadership within the group of multiple clinics in North Carolina and Virginia to achieve regulatory compliance, financial performance, budget and growth.
How you will make an impact
The Area Operations Leader strategically supports the organization with the growth, budget achievements and clinic management for the assigned region.
Essential Education, Experience and Skills:
Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Progressive leadership in healthcare operations and management
Valued But Not Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree or Masters degree in healthcare or related field
Experience: Multi-site healthcare operations and track record in growth
