Responsibilities
The Virtual Care Coordinator is responsible for

Collaborating with Virtual Care Providers in the care of our patients

Triaging patients in preparation of their virtual visit

Scheduling patient visits as needed

Managing the virtual waiting room

Completing any necessary follow up and referrals needed

Assisting with appropriate and miscellaneous projects as assigned and able

The Virtual Care Coordinator supports the organization with high quality customer service, by delivering a seamless, repeatable, and excellent virtual experience to NextCare customers.
Essential Education, Experience and Skills:
Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Prior experience in an urgent care or other clinical setting
