Your Opportunity:
As Director of Manufacturing Operations, you will oversee all aspects of production, engineering support, quality control, supply chain, and team leadership. You’ll play a critical role in executing the company's long-term vision—helping drive efficient, scalable systems to deliver high-performance equipment to a growing customer base.
You will report directly to executive leadership and serve as a key voice in cross-functional strategy discussions. This role blends strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution in a vertically integrated, high-tech manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Lead:
- Full ownership of manufacturing, production scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Implementation of best-in-class processes to scale with increased customer demand
- Oversight of engineering support functions, supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Development and management of safety, compliance, and cost-control programs
- Continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and product quality
- ERP/MRP ownership and process integration across departments
- Organizational design to support long-term growth and innovation
- Employee development programs with a focus on cross-training and leadership building
- Collaboration with R&D, product, and executive teams on go-to-market execution
Your Background:
- B.S. in Engineering (required); M.S. in Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in high-tech industrial equipment
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams in a growth environment
- Strong experience with ERP systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Expertise in warehouse management, supply chain optimization, and manufacturing systems
- U.S. Citizenship (required due to project access)
