The Monetization Product team is looking for Product Managers to build ad experiences that deliver value to customers and delight Neighbors. As a Product Manager on the Monetization Team, you will be focused on building products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Nextdoor’s advertising platform. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to understand the needs of both large-scale advertisers and local businesses, incorporating these insights into our roadmap. Your efforts will drive success for advertisers while also contributing to Nextdoor's revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $160,000 to $225,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.
We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Understanding Nextdoor’s value and strategic advantage for our customers.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the Monetization Team’s roadmap.
- You will own products from ideation through execution, holding yourself accountable to the key metrics you define for the products you own.
- Utilize research, experiments, data, and competitive analyses to make product decisions.
- Work cross functionally with engineering, design & research, data science, and other product teams to execute defined products.
- Help drive revenue growth for Nextdoor.
- Minimum of 3 years in product management, with some experience in advertising technology being a plus.
- A strong curiosity and eagerness to learn across a broad range of monetization products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and apply insights directly to product improvements.
- A hands-on approach, willing to tackle tasks beyond traditional product management to ensure success.
- A keen interest in understanding technical details and working closely with engineering.
