A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support its Marketing Operations team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed smoothly, from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing cross-functional communication and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling & Coordination
- Facilitate meetings, track project timelines, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Communication Management
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting notes, timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
- Resource & Task Tracking
- Assist in managing assignments, tracking progress, and coordinating availability of key resources.
- Issue Management
- Help identify project risks or roadblocks and support in developing mitigation strategies.
- Administrative Support
- Prepare presentations, manage project correspondence, and support the project team with general coordination duties.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional and effective stakeholder engagement.
- High attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and completeness.
- Comfortable using tools like JIRA and other project management platforms.
