Job Title : IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Advisor
Location : Memphis, TN
Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Advisor to support and enhance information security governance, risk management, and compliance processes. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and can work independently to address complex IT compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and report internal compliance with external regulations and industry standards.
Perform risk assessments, oversight, enforcement, and reporting activities to meet enterprise-wide information requirements.
Provide recommendations on highly complex issues and serve as a trusted resource for less senior team members.
Collaborate with leadership and external auditors on IT compliance matters.
Support IT SOX compliance, access governance, change management, internal controls, and audit initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent formal training.
Five (5) or more years of experience in information security or governance, risk, and compliance roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills with an attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with IT SOX compliance, access governance, change management, internal controls, and audits.
Ability to independently address SOX-related issues and confidently engage with leadership and auditors.
