Are you ready to take your supply chain expertise to the next level? A leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Master Scheduler to join their dynamic team in Byhalia, MS. Primary responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to optimize customer demand and productive capacity
- Establish optimal promise dates for EOX deliveries to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Lead monthly S&OP Supply meetings to review capacity, service levels, and supply chain plans
- Coordinate daily with production, buyers, shipping, and CSRs to address constraints and develop countermeasures
- Track and analyze scheduling-related performance metrics, including adherence to plan
- Manage and balance workload across manufacturing cells, translating MPS into takt time requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years equivalent experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, or engineering
- APICS Certification preferred
- Proficiency in ERP software, with SAP experience preferre
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in identifying and implementing scheduling practice improvements
