- 3 years of experience with MCAE/Pardot in a hands-on marketing automation role.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing initiatives.
- Strong experience managing lead generation processes, CRM integration, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing content teams to execute campaign initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Experience documenting business requirements and translating them for technical teams.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize lead processes within a CRM environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and CRM Analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Postmaster, Analytics 360, and Everest.
- Expertise in loyalty strategies (email, SMS, push notifications) to enhance customer retention.
- Experience using first-party data for lead nurturing programs, UTM tracking, and engagement campaigns.
- Understanding of API development, data migrations, and cloud-based marketing solutions.
- Ability to build Excel Macros for data cleaning and optimization.
- Experience in real estate or retention marketing is a plus.
