Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
- Analyze processes and HR data, identify issues, propose solutions, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Create and modify custom reports using HR data; assist HR staff with reporting needs.
- Monitor and audit HR systems to maintain functionality and compliance, including interfaces with other systems.
- Document processes, procedures, and functional specifications related to HR systems.
- Support system upgrades, updates, and testing to ensure seamless operations.
- Serve as the point of contact for HR system inquiries and provide technical support to HR team members.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of HR data, including assigning security roles and authorizing data access.
