Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. HRIS Analyst with expertise in Workday to join our team. This role involves maintaining HR information systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting HR processes by managing system configurations, creating custom reports, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will have strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Location: Remote or Memphis, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
• Analyze processes and HR data, identify issues, propose solutions, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Create and modify custom reports using HR data; assist HR staff with reporting needs.
• Monitor and audit HR systems to maintain functionality and compliance, including interfaces with other systems.
• Document processes, procedures, and functional specifications related to HR systems.
• Support system upgrades, updates, and testing to ensure seamless operations.
• Serve as the point of contact for HR system inquiries and provide technical support to HR team members.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of HR data, including assigning security roles and authorizing data access.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system compliance and manage integrations with other platforms.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with HR systems, including Workday implementation and configuration.
• Skills:
• Strong Workday experience with a focus on payroll or benefits.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and report-writing tools is highly desirable.
• Mindset: A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering efficient solutions within HR systems.
