Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP / Teamcenter Project Implementation Manager to lead our enterprise-wide digital transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for managing the implementation of SAP solutions while ensuring alignment with our automotive manufacturing processes and Teamcenter systems integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SAP / Teamcenter implementation strategies aligned with best practices and IATF-16949 requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams in mapping business processes and configuring SAP / Teamcenter modules to meet departmental needs
- Manage the SAP and Teamcenter systems to ensure seamless data flow across the digital thread
- Coordinate with international stakeholders to standardize processes across global operations
- Direct value stream mapping activities to optimize business processes within the SAP ecosystem
- Oversee other non-SAP customer facing projects including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining detailed project documentation
- Facilitate change management initiatives and end-user training programs
- Generate regular status reports and conduct stakeholder presentations on project progress
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure successful system implementation and adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of project management experience in SAP / Teamcenter implementations within the automotive sector
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP ERP systems, particularly in manufacturing modules
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP principles and manufacturing processes
- Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to travel internationally up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- Experience with IATF-16949 quality management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced Microsoft Office applications
- Previous engineering role experience in automotive manufacturing
- Spanish language proficiency
