Job Summary / Objective : As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations within a region or BU, focusing on improving efficiency and managing workflows across multiple areas. In addition to overseeing supply chain processes and fleet logistics, you will take on administrative responsibilities, coordinate office operations, and assist in managing project initiatives. Your role will require strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure smooth operations across departments and contribute to the achievement of company goals.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Operations Coordination :
Coordinate and monitor supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Maintain the scheduling, routing, and maintenance of company vehicles to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including office management duties such as maintaining office supplies, managing office vendors, and overseeing general office cleanliness and organization.
Support and assist with various operational projects, ensuring deadlines, objectives, and milestones are met.
Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address operational issues and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations in both supply chain operations and office activities.
