Job Summary / Objective :
Responsible for preparing and submitting proposals for construction projects, managing the performance of those projects, and submitting project deliverables to clients.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead all lifecycles of project to include creating and monitoring / controlling project plan and statement of work (SOW).
- Coordinate and communicate to the client and internal staff the tracking of deliverables to assure commitments are met.
- Participate in the development of plans for completing multiple projects simultaneously, including aligning labor and materials with scheduled construction dates.
- Work with customers to establish the scope of work projects, regularly update customers on project status, and provide project deliverables to customers.
- Compile data for weekly trackers to submit to clients.
- Communicate with client directors through high-level calls and weekly low-level calls with client engineers.
- Database maintenance to manage communication process.
- Coordinate with accounting to assure deliverables are billed properly.
- Link internal processes to client’s technical and accounting requirements.
- Design and manage quality assurance processes.
- Help lead internal resources aimed at increasing employee engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.
