Job Summary / Objective :
As a Sr. FP&A Analyst, you will provide financial planning, analysis, and decision support to drive strategic business initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This will be a remote role but we would like for this individual to be local to Chicago for collaboration with local leaders.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide support for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning to evaluate potential business opportunities and risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
