Position Specific Description
In coordination with facility needs, employee will maintain building and the premises, conduct timely execution of assigned maintenance activity outlined in the job duties and responsibilities.

Employees in this role actively maintain, update, and support facility maintenance activities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Basic HVAC maintenance
- Basic plumbing maintenance
- Basic lighting and electrical, non-certification
- Grounds maintenance with use of small tractor, lawn mower and hand-tools, weed removal and landscaping
- Forklift operation for load and unload of material and equipment
- Basic facility maintenance; drywall repair, painting, labeling, floor scrubbing using mechanical floor scrubber, power washing
- Facility maintenance supply ordering, receiving and storage
- Maintain shared equipment, conduct safety checks and inspections
- Coordinate, schedule and contract coordinate with all vendors for facility services
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
