Position Specific Description

FPL Home is hiring Inside Sales Agents, we are looking for motivated, self-starter candidates that is eager to make money and expand their career in our company. This is an inbound sales position in a fast-paced call center environment where you will provide exceptional customer experience and sharpen your negotiation skills to drive sales.

Compensation

Our pay structure is base pay sales commission totaling an average of $63k. We also offer additional monthly and yearly compensation incentives for good performance.

We provide a comprehensive 6-week training to strengthen your product knowledge and negotiation skills

Work Schedule

Once training is complete, you will be provided a schedule that falls within our hours of operation: Monday – Friday from 8am – 7pm and Saturdays from 9am – 5pm.

Due to the customers that we serve, bi-lingual candidates, (specifically Spanish speaking) are highly preferred.

Job Overview

This job is responsible for selling products and services such as home security, satellite, cable, local/long distance phone service, internet, and warranty products to Business and Residential customers. Employees in this role are responsible for selling in an inbound sales call environment.

  • Meets sales targets by product category
  • Uses program knowledge to align product and service solutions to customer needs
  • Works to find new sales leads
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
