This job is responsible for change ownership of certain process steps to ensure customer information is updated quickly and accurately. Employees in this role researches and determines whether control reports are outdated. This position works to automate existing reporting to reduce SLAs (service level agreement) around compliance tasks.

- Executes and stores all approved Commercial contracts.
- Performs routine document management and other duties.
- Responsible for maintaining records and documentation and preparing various forms.
- Able to multi-task and be flexible to take on other equivalent related activities.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Advanced Skills in Word, Excel
- Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Creates and maintains process documentation for all procedures within the group
- Identifies changes to existing procedures and implements across all impacted functional groups
- Provides reporting in order to facilitate resource balancing and workload management of all team tasks
- Assists with coordinating training for new hires and cross-training for existing CA team members
- Assists with SOX Compliance reporting requests, audits, and system data repairs
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
