Position Specific Description

We are looking for a skilled Website UX Designer to take a pivotal role in driving our digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be adept at project intake, understanding overarching strategies, and translating them into compelling website designs that convert. You will leverage best marketing practices to enhance user experiences and engagement on our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project intake process, collating and understanding requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and articulate design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Translate complex strategies into effective website design executions, ensuring optimal user experience and engagement.
  • Utilize best marketing practices to design and refine website interfaces, enhancing usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, content creators, and developers to implement cohesive and impactful design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Design, manage, and optimize web content and assets using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and HubSpot.
  • Ensure ADA compliance and overall site health by monitoring and analyzing data using Site Improve, making recommendations for necessary improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and digital marketing.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for managing and delivering digital projects on the organization’s customer-facing digital experience roadmap. This person will utilize strong project management skills to provide support in developing and executing plans and initiatives to deliver (develop and execute against project plans) business objectives, including transactional web tools, User Interface (UI) best practices, navigation and architecture best practices.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily status calls, sprint planning, user story development, testing, and supporting project releases for digital projects. Demonstrate discipline and organization in executing assignments and managing projects, while building and maintaining great relationships with clients, co-workers, and vendors
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to help develop better user experiences
  • Work collaboratively within the User Experience (UX) area to deliver visual designs, user testing, analytics, dashboard development, build backlog for improvement, and optimization of the overall experience
  • Present wireframes and prototypes to management and business partners
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 2 years
