We participate in over 30 sites across multiple states to help provide access to domestic fuel sources, including clean-burning renewable natural gas. Leaders in this role will oversee the Champ renewable natural gas production facility located in Maryland Heights, MO. Individuals are accountable for all aspects of the management and performance of both the physical and human assets in their assigned facilities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Employees in this job lead a team of Technicians. Their team is responsible for the assessment, management, and planning of activities to ensure all plant or pipeline equipment is operational and available to support production requirements. Team responsibilities include technical support for daily operations, plant and process improvements, equipment acquisition, plant breakdown and analysis, and recommending corrective actions.

- Manages the technical performance of the plant
- Leads the safety of the facility and personnel
- Complies with all regulations and policies
- Oversees personnel development and succession planning
- Drives the continuous improvement of performance

- Ensures that all production activities are completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and consistent with PGD policies, procedures, and practices
