Position Specific Description
This role will be a strategic business partner for NextEra Energy Resources, leading integrated marketing and communications strategies. It involves developing, implementing, and measuring ROI-based communication plans to support the objectives of various business units. This position is responsible for engaging with customers and other external audiences to enhance the company's reputation as a reliable provider of all forms of energy. It also aims to raise awareness among customers and other key stakeholders of the company’s initiatives to improve its service and reliability. Additional direct outreach to customer audiences through direct mail and other channels, participation in community events, and proactive media outreach in collaboration with the media relations team may also be required.
