Join our world-class, innovative team today.Position Specific DescriptionNextEra Energy is seeking an experienced legal practitioner to join its finance legal team with experience in project and corporate finance, including secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, non-recourse portfolio financings, mezzanine financings, restructurings, capital markets transactions and tax equity transactions, and a proven record of commercial awareness. This position will provide legal support related to complex renewables financings, including project financings and tax equity transactions, and corporate financings, and play a lead role in drafting, negotiating, and providing transactional assistance to internal clients.
