Role and Responsibilities
The Complex Loss Specialist will be responsible for handling and adjusting complex loss claims on behalf of Palms Insurance Company and Palms Specialty Insurance Company.
Key responsibilities will include analyzing and determining coverage, managing and evaluating the claim investigation and discovery, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
You will also be expected to set appropriate and timely reserves over the life of the claim to reflect changes in exposure and advise claims management on strategy for complex loss matters.
