The Site Technician will be responsible for maintaining and operating solar PV collection assemblies, battery energy storage systems, AC/DC inverters, and other equipment on multiple solar power plants. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience, and a valid driver's license. Trade school graduates, licensed electricians, or master electricians are preferred, as well as Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. You must be willing to relocate to the Syracuse area if necessary and pass background checks.
