Duties and Responsibilities
The Combined Cycle Plant Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of professionals who ensure the smooth operation of our generation facilities.
- Managing technical performance, developing site budgets, and leading safety initiatives.
- Oversighting personnel development and succession planning.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in operations management, with 5 years of supervisor/management experience.
- A Massachusetts First Class Engineers License.
