Role Description
As a Specialty Lines Claims Adjuster at NextEra Energy, you'll play a crucial role in managing complex claims, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve disputes. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to excellence and integrity in every interaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include investigating and evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, providing support to attorneys during litigation, and assisting peers and new hires with training and mentorship. You'll also work closely with service centers to resolve claims-related issues, leveraging your technical claims proficiency and executing Best Claims Practices.

Requirements and Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a bachelor's degree. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, are essential for success in this position. A valid driver's license and high school diploma or GED are also required.
