Job Overview
The Site Technician will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally sound plant operations at our solar power plants. This position will be based out of Northern New York and will require relocation to the Syracuse area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of solar PV collection assemblies, battery energy storage systems, and AC/DC inverters
- Daily inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime
- Supporting teammates in nearby states and maintaining reliability, operations, and maintenance for sites in the Albany area
- Performing various duties as assigned by the Regional Manager or designee
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent required; Trade School Graduate or Licensed Electrician preferred
- 1 years of experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance and repair
- Valid Driver's License (Non-CDL)
