Regional Environmental Specialist Position
This senior-level role is responsible for assuring execution of the PGD Environmental Management System and ensuring plant water chemistry parameters are maintained in accordance with fleet recommendations.
The Regional Environmental Specialist will report to the Solar & Storage Environmental Leader or Solar and BEES Regional General Manager, under the Power Generation Team, and will work out of the Southern California facilities with responsibility for the West Region. Travel will be required 50% of the time to 12 of our Solar & Storage facilities ranging from Mid/Southern California to Northern California.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintains water chemistry Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) program and communicates corrective measures to the site/plant
- Conducts sampling activities as needed by site environmental permitting
- Completes required reporting to local/state/federal agencies
- Conducts routine self-inspections
- Oversees the plant or site safety program as required
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 5 years
