A Pre-IPO Tech company is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as Accounting and Finance Associate in their New York City office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve business performance.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Perform other duties, as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
