An asset management firm in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Operations Associate. This role follows a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process trade bookings within CLO operations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate trade settlements, ensuring all trades are settled on time and in accordance with contractual terms.
- Interface with trustees to manage collateral attributes and waterfalls, ensuring alignment with trustee requirements.
- Generate and manipulate position reports for CLOs using Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform cash flow reconciliations to ensure proper allocation and tracking of funds within CLO structures.
- Tie out monthly reports and cash flow waterfalls for CLOs, ensuring all reports are accurate and reflect the current positions.
- Perform other duties, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with CLO product, position reconciliation, interaction with agency banks and trustees.
- Exposure to Wall Street Office software.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
