A real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their Fund Finance team as a Senior Associate in their Hoboken office.
Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare quarterly and annual financial statement packages, including investor capital reporting.
- Perform variance analysis of financial results compared to budgets, forecasts, and actuals, identifying key drivers and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis and deliver KPIs on an ongoing basis to all relevant stakeholders, including senior management, investors, lenders, and regulators.
- Coordinate all aspects of Fund administration, working with external administrators and advisors.
- Collaborate with various departments to lead monthly and quarterly close processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Perform other duties, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in public accounting or private equity fund finance/accounting required
- Experience with financial analysis and accounting principles
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
