A real estate private equity firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced associate to join their Business Development team as a Senior Associate. This role follows a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Implement targeted outreach strategies to attract new investors to the firm.
- Foster and maintain relationships with prospective investors through consistent communication and engagement.
- Assist in the organization of investor meetings, roadshows, and fundraising initiatives.
- Support daily capital raising activities, including coordinating fund closings, onboarding new investors, responding to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and maintaining data rooms.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other communications for current and potential investors.
- Create engaging marketing materials such as pitch decks, brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Manage the firm’s website, social media presence, and email marketing campaigns to support investor acquisition efforts.
- Perform other duties, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, real estate, or a related field.
- At least 4 to 10 years of relevant experience within Real Estate, Private Equity, or related industries.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in managing CRM platforms and utilizing data to enhance outreach strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven ability to identify and engage new investors.
- Knowledge of real estate financial modeling and investment analysis is a plus.
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
