The Marketing & Business Development Intern will support the team by contributing to content creation, global engagement initiatives, and updating marketing materials. We seek a motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing and communication.

- Developing marketing and sales initiatives, including content writing and performance monitoring
- Engaging with teams globally to tell Nextern's cultural narrative and enhance employee experience
- Creating digital assets (graphics & videos) for integrated marketing communications
- Supporting internal communications and announcements
- Organizing employee engagement events to promote company culture
- Tracking web and social media trends and crafting relevant stories
- Managing brand assets and recommending orders for promotional items
- Taking on additional marketing and communications responsibilities as needed
- Current college student in their sophomore or junior year, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- An outgoing person who is determined and able to engage employees in support of various initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Additional desirable skills include Graphic Design, Social Media Management, and Brand Marketing
- A genuine interest in a career within the medical device industry
- Availability for 30-40 hours per week is preferred
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
