NextGen is seeking motivated, career and customer-oriented technical staff to join our team! This new and exciting program provides research and development (R&D) services for complex system of systems architectures operating across multiple operational theatres. We will develop and implement data centric capabilities to fill urgent needs and support end-user operational requirements and provide R&D services including software engineering activities, software engineering support, and technology modernization and insertion. This will enable our customer to provide effective intelligence command and control tools.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute Electromagnetic Spectrum (ES) / Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) solutions in support of the Army’s prioritized intelligence targeting system
- Apply advanced technical SIGINT expertise to build state-of-the-art ES/SIGINT TCPED processes focused on rapid exploitation, timeliness, and geospatial targeting accuracy for a hyper-tempo, modern battlespace
- Apply knowledge of communication structures and SIGINT tools, data, services and analysis techniques to uncover targets and identify applicable collection systems leveraging AI and ML
- Provide In-depth analysis focused on the development of new exploitation capabilities against known and newly identified targets of interest
- Systematically acquire, validate, maintain, and scope ES/SIGINT data to uncover schemes and scenarios that will provide accurate correlations
- Learn, apply, and promulgate emerging technologies to process metadata and content for discovery purposes
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- 7 years of experience with ES/SIGINT. Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of education
- Graduate of a U.S. Military Service or National SIGINT training course: Intermediate Signals Analysis Course (451) or Advanced Intermediate Signals Analysis Course (452)
- Experience with exploitation of non-communication and communication signals
- Experience with ES/SIGINT tools and techniques
- Experience with geospatial information from COMINT meta-data, and/or ELINT
- Knowledge of space, airborne and terrestrial ES/SIGINT systems
- Knowledge of ES/SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination (reporting) processes
- Ability to execute CONUS and OCONUS travel
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required
- Experience working a ground station
- Experience with space-based ES/SIGINT systems
- Knowledge of Army airborne and terrestrial ES/SIGINT systems supporting targeting
- Experience with Army ES/SIGINT operations, including advanced signals analysis, SIGDEV, TechSIGINT, PROFORMA, and other SIGINT capabilities
- Knowledge of Multi-INT tipping & cueing techniques based on rules and models
- Knowledge of TNG and/or JCID 4.2 operations
- Knowledge of National Security Agency/Central Security Services SIGINT policies (USSIDs)
- Knowledge of Army Cryptologic Office (ACO)
