Experience: Prior experience in a direct customer interfacing role is required.
Job responsibilities:
- The individual will be responsible for unique projects such as assisting in the updating of organizational brochures, marketing information such as videos, and support in generating presentations.
- The candidate will act as a point of contact for internal and field project management teams for EEC Si demonstrations and customer visits.
What qualifications are must-haves for candidates? Friendly and welcoming, professional appearance and attitude, experience interacting with customers face to face and need to have intermediate level computer skills, proactive, Attention to Detail, Multitasking Abilities.
Is it necessary for candidates to have industry experience for this role? Need to have customer facing experience - NOT looking for candidates that only have phone customer service experience. This person will be interacting with customers face to face.
What would be some nice-to-have skills for candidates and why? Google suites (Google mail and spreadsheet) - Motorola uses the product family Google suite. Experience preparing presentation and presenting. Graphic design.
Duties include: communicating dates and managing schedules with a variety of customer contacts. Manage the actual visits, including scheduling conference rooms, arranging meal requirements, coordinating tours, communicating details of local and Chicago and events and attractions, and greeting customers
- The position entails aspects of facility management as well. Other duties can and will be assigned as necessary to fulfill the customer experience requirement.
- The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a solid ability to communicate both verbally and written. Must be fluent with Google products, nice-to-have Microsoft products knowledge, and possess overall strong computer skills. Must be reliable and flexible to assume and complete a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- Assignment duration: up to 2 years based on business needs and performance
- 100% Onsite need to be local and very close to the local
- Work Schedule: M - F 8a - 5p
- Will this resource work any OT? As needed - usually M-F stay late or come in early
- Temp only for this dept but there are other opportunities in other dept.

What relationship does this role have to other lines of business within the organization? This team conducts first responders and public safety customer presentations of the communications equipment and mission-critical solutions for the Sales teams.
