We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer join American Towers Enterprise IT Operations Organization. The Senior Systems Engineer supports infrastructure components including virtual platforms (on premise and cloud based), as well as associated technologies such as backup, replication, monitoring, and alerting. The Systems Engineer interfaces across several channels, leading discussions regarding infrastructure issues and projects, and liaises with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate those into infrastructure services deliverables. The Systems Engineer must keep current with relevant technologies and provides guidance to management on best practices which can be incorporated into daily operations processes.
Callouts :
- Role will be hybrid ( at home M / F and in office Tues / Weds / Thurs)
- Intune experience a plus
- Experience with MS Windows required
