What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Assistant position at NextGen Global Resources?
Starts as a 3 month contract!
Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding. Ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a supportive hiring process.
• Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
• Take ownership of coordinating travel and processing travel reimbursements.
• Use TextEngagement, phone calls, and emails to schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team. Ensure all parties are informed, and prepared, and arrive on time for interviews.
• Take an active role in each candidate's on-site experience, including facilitating interviews and serving as the point of contact for all candidate needs.
• Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations. Proactively communicate with stakeholders.
• Effectively manage conflicts and negotiate win-win solutions to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.
Skills: As a successful Talent Acquisition Associate, you will have:
• Associates Degree or higher preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 years in HR operations, service delivery model, customer service, or employee service center
• Proficient computer skills, including Google suite and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude towards change, assuming positive intent, and seeing the greater purpose. Proactively helps bring others along to expedite change
• Analytical thinking for making logical decisions and solving complex problems. Capable of questioning assumptions and considering multiple perspectives
